We currently have an exciting opportunity to work within our Beau’s Pet Hotel Team to contribute to the delivery of Accounting and Administration services

About the role
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Beau’s Accounting Officer is responsible for the management of the accounts receivable ledger and bank reconciliations for Guide Dogs transactions. and variance reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and process direct debit transactions for fundraising programs, including refunds as required from time to time.
- Undertake transactional reconciliations for direct debits, banking and suspense bank accounts.
- Prepare Invoices and follow up overdue client and customer payments.
- Undertake stock reconciliation and report variances.
- High level of attention to detail with a passion for meeting finance.
This role is 0.6 FTE (22.8 hours per week), with flexibility offered on how these hours are spread.
About you
With proven experience as an Accounts Officer, you will be a self-starter who is highly organised matched with an ability to use booking and finance systems with a demonstrated ability to quickly identify and implement efficiencies. You have experience in preparing and processing direct debit transactions, including using EFTPOS machines, invoicing, stock reconciliations and you love to reconcile!

Relevant employment clearances will be required upon appointment (costs covered by Guide Dogs SA/NT).
