About Beau’s Pet Hotel

Beau’s is a state-of-the-art Pet Hotel that offers a safe and loving holiday and Daycare experience for fur babies! We offer both standard and luxury accommodation for cats and dogs, doggy Daycare, Grooming services as well as Beau’s Training School. Beau’s is conveniently located in the Adelaide Airport precinct, right next to Harbour town.

All profits from Beau’s Pet Hotel are returned to Guide Dogs SA/NT to enable independence, participation, inclusion and wellbeing for people living with vision loss, and other specialised needs through the provision of Guide Dogs, Assistance Dogs and specialist services.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Groomer to join our existing team in providing quality and breed specific dog grooming services for our rapidly expanding client list.

Working closely with the Customer Service and Grooming Team Leader, you will be very hands on and responsible for the provision of high quality grooming services including bathing, drying, nail clipping, ear cleaning, brushing, combing, de-sheds, sanitary trims, scissoring, full clips and other grooming services as required across a wide variety of breeds.

You are happy to share your knowledge to support others to hone their skills in the delivery of professional grooming services.

About you

• Demonstrated workplace experience in dog grooming
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven confidence and capabilities in handling a variety of dogs
• Willing to train other team members – with a passion for all breeds great and small
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

A Police Clearance will be required (paid by Guide Dogs SA/NT for successful applicants).
